Swift in for Evermore drama

US theme park evermore have filled a law suit against Taylor Swift over releasing her album named after the theme park, claiming it had caused confusion and resulted in reduce traffic to the theme park website. The Utah theme park received a swift response from the defendant lawyers claiming 'there is no basis' for the claim. The case has been brought to the district court in Utah with the theme park owners claiming they have spent millions of dollars on the attraction. Taylor Swift has branded merchandise on the back of the album which seems to be another bone of contention in the matter. The court process is bound to take some time especially contending with the pandemic restrictions.
