Glastonbury Festival is one of the world's most famous music and performing arts festivals. Embracing each and every genre across the spectrum, from rock and pop to minimal house, techno and full-throttle drum 'n' bass, music-lovers flock to its spiritual fields down in Somerset.
Famed for its huge headline sets on its hallowed Pyramid Stage, which has recently played host to the Arctic Monkeys, Rolling Stones, Kanye West and Radiohead, it's the other side of the festival that really sets the heart racing. Take a stroll through Shangri-La – the festival's nighttime district – and you'll be thrown into a themed world full of immersive theatre and shenanigans, soundtracked by electronic music's finest and underground names.

Download is the UK's leading rock and metal music festival and takes place at its Donington Park home in Derby each year. Download Festival 2020 has been rescheduled to take place next year from 4 - 6 June 2021.
From hard hitting rock music line-ups to heavy metal clangers, Download has much more than just music to keep the crowd entertained. Switch from thrashing to laughing at the Side Splitter Stage hosting a rich line-up of comedy, or explore the Circus of Horrors including everything from sword swallowers, acrobatics and circus acts.
Download festival was first founded in 2003 and it has hosted such acclaimed music legends and bands such as Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson, Audio Slave, Linkin Park, Metallica, Feeder, Black Sabbath. System of a Down, AC DC, Rage Against The Machine, KISS, Slipknot and The Prodigy. Avenged Sevenfold, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Aerosmith and Guns N' Roses have also performed in the event's history. It has since grown to establish itself as one of the UK's top and internationally acclaimed rock and heavy metal music festivals.
Creamfields Festival 2021

Creamfields has blazed the trail for electronic dance events over the last two decades. Born in 1998, the original dance festival set out to provide the clubbing world with a bespoke large-scale outdoor event putting DJs centre stage for the first time, and its flagship UK festival has grown from a 25,000-capacity one-day show to the four-day camping behemoth it is today, attracting sell-out crowds of 70,000. The success of Creamfields has attracted worldwide attention which has led to the festival being staged around the world since 1999, and has gone on to become one of the few festivals to have successfully established itself in the global market. To date Creamfields has been staged in 22 countries with a series of new territories planned over the next 12 months.
Renowned for attracting the biggest names in electronic music, huge production and iconic staging, each year features over 300 artists performing across 30 stages over the four-day weekend. Some of the big name artists who have performed over the years include Swedish House Mafia, Eric Prydz, Calvin Harris, deadmau5, The Chemical Brothers, Tiësto, Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, Fatboy Slim, Faithless, Annie Mac, Armin van Buuren, The Prodigy, Pete Tong, Sasha, Peggy Gou, CHIC, Daft Punk (DJ set), The Black Madonna and Stormzy, to name a few. Covering every genre under the 'electronic music' banner it's no surprise that Creamfields has won an array of awards over the years including best dance event and best major festival.
The Isle of Wight Festival 2021

Isle of Wight Festival returns in June 2021 after a year off as it once again welcomes over 90,000 music fans to Seaclose Park for a weekend of rock, pop and dance music.
Now one of the UK's oldest and most historic music festivals, the Isle of Wight Festival has seen headline sets from legends such as Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones and The Who down the years.
But one of the festival's most fabled years has to be 1970, when an estimated 700,000 people turned up to see Jimi Hendrix perform live. This huge gathering led to the UK Parliament to pass a law banning the festival, which had only been going since 1968.
It finally made its triumphant return in 2002, and has gone from strength to strength since then. Nowadays the Isle of Wight Festival still hosts its top-tier lineup – 2021's edition will be headlined by Lionel Richie, Lewis Capaldi, Snow Patrol and Duran Duran – while also being great for families, with the lineup including a diverse programme of theatre, film, comedy, activities and games.
And beyond the festival's gates, those wishing to turn the trip into a longer holiday will find an island offering all kinds of extra activities, including walking, cycling, horse riding, kayaking, sailing and much, much more.
Parklife Festival 2021

Parklife 2021 sees the Manchester festival return to the city's Heaton Park on 12th-13th June 2021 for a weekend alongside some of dance and alternative music's foremost names.
Promising to come back bigger than ever following its year off, Parklife will once again curate a top-tier lineup across eight stages, including its prestigious main stage that has featured sets from the likes of Liam Gallagher, The xx and Solange down the years.
But beyond the main stage is where Parklife really comes alive, with seven stages consistently showcasing house, techno, garage, drum and bass and more from DJs such as Disclosure, Peggy Gou and Andy C.
Having started out back in 2010 as the curiously named Mad Ferret Festival in Rusholme's Platt Fields Park, the festival rebranded to Parklife and moved to its current home in Heaton Park in 2012. It is now curated by a number of the UK's foremost dance brands, including fellow Manchester event series The Warehouse Project and has gone onto welcome some of music's biggest artists over the past decade, such as Liam Gallagher, Foals, Disclosure, The Chemical Brothers and The 1975.
And once the main festival has finished, festival-goers have historically had a number of after parties to choose from – named Afterlife – which have featured a selection of artists that performed during the main festival (as well as others) in venues across Manchester. Details of Afterlife are usually revealed closer to the festival.
Reading & Leeds Festival 2021

Reading and Leeds Festivals are twin music festivals taking place simultaneously over the same UK bank holiday weekend on 27 - 29 August 2021. The multi-genre festival giants topped the poll as the most popular UK festival in the State of Play festival report in 2019, and continue to go from strength to strength.
In their extensive history, Reading and Leeds have welcomed music legends such as Green Day, Metallica, Biffy Clyro, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar to the stage. Along with a huge selection of artists and live music spanning genres across rock, pop, hip hop, grime, dance and indie. Fans can also look forward to comedy, theatre, arts, cinema, silent discos and funfairs for a fun-filled line-up of programming to enjoy.

American Express presents BST Hyde Park – or British Summer Time Hyde Park to some – it brings a host of the world's biggest artists to the famous London Park for a series of events each summer.
After unfortunately having to cancel 2020's series, BST will return to the capital in 2021 with another lineup of incredible music stars.

Wireless is an urban music festival in the UK based in Finsbury Park in London.
Wireless 2021 takes place over three days from Friday 2 - Sunday 4 July 2020. The festival showcases some of the best live music acts from grime, RnB, rap, hip-hop, pop, dance and much more across the weekend..
Wireless is undoubtedly one of the best London weekends of entertainment in the UK festival calendar. Based in central London, the festival venue is in easy reach of the city so fans can continue the party late into the night in the capital. The London festival has a capacity of around 50,000 and three stages of live music to enjoy at the stunning Finsbury Park's 110-acre site. Wireless festival mixes music from international icons along with up and coming artists breaking into the urban music scene. Festival fans are entertained by dance beats, DJ sets, hip-hop and disco along with some of the world's best rappers and grime acts across the weekend. Y NOT Festival 2021

Boardmasters Festival 2021

Boardmasters Festival is an annual event held in Cornwall, United Kingdom, usually held over five days on the second weekend of August. The event is a combination of live music and surfing/skateboarding competitions in and around the town of Newquay. The festival was founded in 1981 through the surfing competition, although in 2005 the music side of the festival was created, taking place at Watergate Bay. The current capacity is 53,000.
The majority of the music performances take place to the north of Newquay near Watergate Bay. The Men's Pro 5 Star WQS surf competition takes place on Fistral Beach where a skate ramp is built for the BMX and Skateboard competitions. Other sporting events include The Women's Open, WSL Men's Longboard, WSL Women's Longboard, Boys/Girls Pro Junior and Under 12's event.
NASS Festival
July 8 - July 11 at Shepton Mallet
NASS Festival returns after a year off in July 2021, promising to once again lay on an incredible weekend of music, street art, skate and BMX at the Royal Bath & West Showground.
The UK's only professional action sport and music festival, NASS Festival's expansive lineup will include a number of sports competitions in Skate, BMX, Inline and FMX – battled out by some of the biggest names on the international scene – as well as brilliant music from the likes of The Streets, Andy C, Shy FX and many more from the world's of drum and bass, hip-hop, grime, garage and house.
And beyond that, street art will continue to play a huge part in the festival with various dedicated pieces to be showcased around the site, all in partnership with Upfest, the founders of Europe’s largest street art festival.
TRNSMT Festival
July 9 - July 12 2021 at Glasgow Green
RESCHEDULED TO THE 10TH-11TH SEPTEMBER 2021
TRNSMT is a UK music festival held at Glasgow Green. Along with some of the best pop, rock, hip hop and indie music acts across multiple stages, the event also boasts plenty of street food stands and bars. Enjoy a weekend of top music talent and Scottish fun as TRNSMT goes from strength to strength.
Launched in 2017, TRNSMT is pronounced "Transmit" and replaced the popular Scottish festival T In The Park, which was held between 1994 and 2016. The first edition of TRNSMT featured headliners Kasabian, Biffy Clyro and Radiohead. It was named the Best New Festival at the 2017 UK Festival Awards.
Although the 2020 edition of TRNSMT could not go ahead as planned, the festival will return from 9 - 11 July 2021 for its fourth year with many of the same artists from the 2020 line-up including headliners Courteeners, Liam Gallagher and Lewis Capaldi.
Slam Dunk Festival

Organisers of Slam Dunk have rescheduled the event to May 2021. Fans who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster will be contacted by our Customer Services team with more information.
Slam Dunk will now take to Temple Newsam, Leeds on Saturday 29 May 2021 and Hatfield Park, Hatfield on Sunday 30 May 2021. Original tickets remain valid. The line-up is still to be confirmed.
Slam Dunk started out in the early 2000s as a pop-punk club night at The Cockpit in Leeds. The club night was so popular they started hosting international touring artists like Fallout Boy, Paramore and Panic! at The Disco before developing Slam Dunk Festival.
Slam Dunk Festival is now a revered pop-punk event held across two UK sites to over 50,000 fans.
Kendall Calling Festival 2021

Latitude Festival 2021

Latitude festival 2021 is a UK music festival based in Henham Park in Suffolk. Latitude has everything from top music acts across multiple stages to comedy, cabaret, theatre and arts areas. The biggest names headline the main Obelisk Arena stage while you can discover up and coming musicians on the various smaller stages, including the hidden Alcove stage.
Latitude is also an award-winning family-friendly festival, taking home the best family festival award in 2018. Tickets are available for all age groups. Tramlines Festival 2021

The Tramlines Festival is an annual music festival held in Sheffield. The festival was originally free to attend, but now requires tickets. The line-up consists of national and local artists. The festival was curated and organised by a panel comprising local venue owners, promoters and volunteers.The name of the festival is inspired by the city's Tram Network which spans a lot of the venues which have music acts on throughout the weekend. Tramlines held its first festival in 2009, which attracted 35,000 fans and was seen as a huge success, and 2010's event doubled that figure. The success of Tramlines Festival 2011 led to the event winning 'Best Metropolitan Festival' at the UK Festival Awards
